Orders
Having recieved your order at Terri Peay, if the item is in stock we aim to have it dispatched to you within 3-5 working days. Items not currently in stock can take up to 2- 3 weeks to arrive with you as they need to be printed and made by Terri and team. (These items are likely to be specific Lampshades, Cushions and any fabric items).
Shipping
UK Delivery
At Terri Peay, all items will be dispatched via Royal Mail or the MyHermes delivery services, depending on order weight. Due to certain products being much heavier or larger than others, please see below for specific postage rates.
Postage is £1.95 when ordering Cards, Decorations, Face Masks, Keyrings, Notebooks, Phonecases and Teatowels.
Postage is £3.50 when ordering Coasters, Mugs and Mounted Prints.
Postage is £3.99 when ordering Cushions, Clocks, Gift Sets and Placemats.
Postage is £4.99 when ordering Lampshades, Framed and Personalised Prints.

Gift Wrap
We are more than happy to offer a gift wrapping service complete with a personalised note card with a message in of your choice. Just make sure to drop us a message detailing which card design you'd like with your personalised message. Your item will then be beautifully wrapped in tissue paper & can be sent to your requested address!
Returns
If you are not happy with your product, or feel it is an unsuitable gift it will need to be sent back to Terri Peay Illustration within 28 days of reciept and we will be happy to offer a gift voucher or exchange of product.
